Lipton Adding Hard Iced Tea Zero Sugar Flavors
I’m excited to bring you your first peek at another new line of hard tea beverages coming from Lipton Hard Tea and Sunrise Brewing out of Rochester, New York (High Falls Operating Co). These are all new Lipton Hard Iced Tea Zero Sugar, and today I have lemon, peach, raspberry, and Half & Half flavors. These beverages will all hit a sessionable 5%-AbV as well as 95 calories, and they will be packaged in 12-oz cans as well as 24-oz cans for the Half & Half flavor. These are all brewed with real Lipton tea, and stay tuned here for release details.

About Lipton Hard Iced Tea / Sunrise Brewing:
Sunrise Brewing Co. in Rochester, NY, is the name associated with the production of Lipton Hard Iced Tea. It is a division of FIFCO USA, which has a licensing agreement with PepsiCo, the brand owner of Lipton’s ready-to-drink beverages. The Genesee Brewing Company, also owned by FIFCO USA and based in Rochester, is another facility involved in the production of the hard tea.
Brewing partners: The alcoholic version of Lipton is produced under a commercial licensing agreement between PepsiCo and FIFCO USA. The actual production is carried out by FIFCO’s brewing facilities in Rochester, NY, including the Genesee Brewery.
Initial release: Lipton Hard Iced Tea was introduced in 2023, offering a 5% ABV, non-carbonated version of the popular tea.
Product ingredients: The drink is made with real brewed Lipton tea, natural fruit flavors, and a triple-filtered, premium malt base.
Initial flavors: The launch lineup included four flavors inspired by classic Lipton favorites:Lemon
Peach
Strawberry
Half & Half (tea and lemonade)
Flavor profile: Brand representatives state the recipe was created to ensure the smooth, balanced flavor of Lipton iced tea comes through. It is a “just-sweet-enough” product that avoids heavy carbonation.
Lipton Hard Iced tea Zero Sugar was introduced in Aug 2025 with the same flavors as the original.
