Wisconsin Brewing Co. in Verona is the latest addition to the state’s growing craft beer scene. The $11 million, 21,000-square-foot facility could eventually make 250,000 barrels of a beer of a year. The brewery’s brewmaster, Kirby Nelson, spent almost 25 years at Capital Brewery in Middleton.
