Today we have another new barrel-aged fruited sour ale from Upland Sour Ales in Bloomington, IN. This is Trio and it is a sour ale aged on locally-sourced Heartland Family Farm strawberries, blackberries and Hunter’s Honey Farm honey. This beer is exclusive to Upland Secret Barrel Society members and it uses Upland’s Belgian-inspired Lambic-style base beer. This beer will be packaged in 750ml bottles.
