We’re diving deeper down the rabbit hole of dry-hop combinations with this new iteration of a hazy IPA. Scratch #412 starts with the same base beer as our previous three Scratch releases and was dry-hopped with Galaxy, Simcoe and the resinous and citrusy HBC-692. London-3 yeast contributes some residual sweetness. We taste: grapefruit pith, sweet citrus and a hint of pine. 5.8% ABV. If you’d like a taste, order a crowler at troegs.com/curbside.
