Label Text Toppling Goliath Lil’ Strawb:

“Brewed in collab by Toppling Goliath and Drekker Brewing. Lil’ Strawb is a sour ale with attitude. Refreshing, sweet, and a lil’ kick of tartness. Unfiltered beer. Sediment is normal. Brewed in beautiful Decorah, Iowa.”

About Drekker Brewing:

Drekker Brewing Company is a craft brewery located in Fargo, North Dakota, known for its creative and often heavily-fruited beers.

Origins and philosophy
Founded in 2014 by four Fargo natives: Mark Bjornstad, Darin Montplaisir, Jesse Feigum, and Mason Montplaisir.
The name “Drekker” is inspired by Old Norse words like “drekka” (to drink), “drykkr” (a draft drink), and “drakkar” (Viking longship), reflecting the area’s Scandinavian heritage.

Initially focused on traditional styles like porter, pale ale, and black IPA, but expanded into innovative and adventurous small-batch beers.

Their philosophy emphasizes creating an amazing place and community around beer, not just the liquid itself.

Brewhalla
In 2018, Drekker moved to a larger location called Brewhalla.
Brewhalla is housed in a beautifully renovated former locomotive repair building dating back to 1880.
It’s envisioned as a community space featuring a food market, shops, an event center, and even a hotel.
The taproom at Brewhalla has become a popular spot for happy hours, gatherings, and various events.

Beers
Drekker is particularly renowned for its heavily fruited smoothie and pastry sours.
They often use massive amounts of fruit puree, lactose, vanilla, and sometimes even unconventional additions like cake, chocolate, or peanut butter in these beers.

Popular series include “Braaaaaaains” (double fruit smoothie sours) and “PLOP” (seltzer series).
They also brew a variety of IPAs (including New England, Imperial, Double, and Milkshake styles), stouts, porters, lagers, and more.
They also offer gluten-free and lactose-free seltzer.

In essence, Drekker Brewing Company is a craft brewery in Fargo, ND, that has gained recognition for its innovative and often fruit-forward beers, its Viking-inspired branding, and its commitment to fostering a community around its Brewhalla location.

That’s our process & it’s what we believe; create experiences & destroy expectations. Crank up the good, turn down the suck. We’re just a band of misfits hell bent on creating a community and having a good time.

Since we opened in 2014 we’ve made it a point to help make our community a better place, so each month we select a different local nonprofit to be the recipient of our charitable efforts for the month. Keep an eye out for the next UnPillage night where we’ll donate $1 from every beer sold!
