Some sad news for Tin Mill brewery in Hermann, MO.  Based on a Pro Brewer post, they appear to be closing and auctioning off all of their equipment:

On September 27, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time, at the Mill Brewing Company, located at 114 Guttenberg Street, Hermann, MO 65041, the following property of Tin Mill Brewing Company, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (together with its successors and assigns, the “Debtor”), whether now owned or hereafter acquired, whether now existing or hereafter arising, and wherever located (the “Collateral”), will be sold at public auction on behalf of a foreclosing creditor pursuant to Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code:
