The Rare Barrel – Map Of The Sun, Sourtooth Tiger & Impossible Soul

Here’s another new bottle coming from The Rare Barrel in Berkeley, CA.  This is Map Of The Sun and it is a golden sour beer aged in oak barrels with apricots.  This beer is fermented with brettanomyces and soured with lactobacillus, it will be packaged in 750ml bottles and the beer hits 5.3%-AbV.   We also have Sourtooth Tiger golden sour beer aged in oak barrels with ginger (5.2%-AbV) and Impossible soul golden sour beer aged in oak barrels with tart cherries and sweet cherries (7.2%-AbV).
