The Ale Apothecary – Apoth Presents The Beer Mongers, Carpe Diem Manana, El Cuatro, Sahalie, Minotaur & City Beer

Here’s a new one coming form the Ale Apothecary in Bend OR.  This is Apoth Presents The Beer Mongers and this mixed fermentation ale is aged in wine & Brandy barrels.  This brew will be packaged in 750ml bottles and it comes in at 9% ABV.  We also have Carpe Diem Manana wild fermentation ale brewed in wine barrels with “lots of hops” (750ml bottle, 9%-AbV), El Cuatro mixed fermentation ale brewed with honey that is aged in wine and Brandy barrels (10%-AbV, 750ml bottle), Sahalie mixed fermentation ale brewed with honey and aged in Wine barrels (10%-AbV, 750ml bottle), Minotaur mixed fermentation ale brewed with blackberries, honey and aged in wine and Bourbon barrels (750ml bottles, 9%-AbV) and City Beer mixed fermentation ale aged in Gin & Port wine barrels (9%-AbV).
