Here’s your first peek at the new Telegraph brewing Co (Santa Barbara, CA) Obscura Arborea. This 750ml bottled 9% ABV brew will be unfiltered, bottle condition and aged with oak & lactobacillus. According to the label this is “an ale brewed in the style of Belgium’s Oude Bruin, the famous Flanders Sour Brown Ales.” This ale uses a wild yeast strain and oak chips to add additional depth to this limited batch brew.
