The Stallion – 11.1% 40IBU Imperial Stout – Dark, bold, full of spirit. This imperial stout weighs in at a hefty 11% and will help
keep you warm even during the darkest, coldest days of the year. It’s rich, velvety texture and big chocolatey notes are a liquid dessert and its strength will help them last, at least when properly cellared, for years to come. Ours is bottle and keg
conditioned, aged in red wine barrels and we suspect this beer will develop
wonderfully over the years.
