Sixpoint & Brewers At 4001 Yancey Collaborate On Mimic / Victory Dry Hopped Prima Pils / Pineapple Express Yourself / We Choose The Beer

Today I have a new Artisanal Brewing Venture (ABV) collab coming from Sixpoint Brewing in Brooklyn, NY.

This is Mimic and it will be a collaboration with their ABV group members Brewers At 4001 Yancey in Charlotte, NC. The beer will be a German-style Hefe-Weissbier that hits 4%-AbV & 10 IBU and it will be packaged in 16oz cans. Stay tuned for release info.
