Schlafly Beer Launches Party Pack Fit For Fall
The Saint Louis Brewery launches a new 12-pack variety sampler that brings together seasonal beers of classic German styles and a crowd-favorite IPA
ST. LOUIS, Missouri (Nov. 10, 2025) — Schlafly Beer, the original, independent craft brewery in St. Louis, announces the release of its new fall variety pack, Schlafly Party Pack, a fall variety 12-pack that includes four different styles: Kölsch, Munich Helles, Crisp IPA, and Dunkel. The Party Pack is now available across Schlafly’s distribution as well as the brewery’s two brewpubs.
“We always want our variety packs to play into the season and offer something that appeals to different craft beer drinkers, so you’ll see a mix of approachable styles like our award-winning Kölsch as well as something that might be new to the craft beer novice like Dunkel,” says CEO David Schlafly. “Our Crisp IPA was a portfolio stand-out this spring and summer, so this is an opportunity for consumers to try that beer if they haven’t already.”
For the seasonal Party Pack, the brewing team at Schlafly Beer put on their party hat to think through styles that would resonate for the season. “It’s not just about the beer, but the experience,” explains David Schlafly. “Consumers are hosting backyard bonfires, Oktoberfest celebrations, and enjoying the best of fall weather outdoors, and our Party Pack appeals to those types of seasonal gatherings, so there’s a beer for everyone at the party.”
The Schlafly Party Pack 12-Pack includes three cans of each of the following:
Kölsch (ABV: 4.8%): Done properly and with distinction, this definitive golden ale is fermented with a yeast strain from Köln, Germany, where Kölsch originated. The result is a slightly dry and subtly malty brew with the delicate aroma of an ale and the clean finish of a lager.
Schlafly’s Kölsch has won a Gold Medal for Best German-style Kölsch at the World Beer Cup in 2010and also won the Washington Post’s Beer Madness bracket in 2015, leading to a donation to the St. Louis Public Library Foundation.
Munich Helles (ABV: 4.5%): This German style was first brewed to compete with the popular Czech Pilsners of the time. It’s a clean, yet complex lager with pleasant spicy notes from delicate noble hops. Don’t be fooled by its straw color—it’s more malt-forward than a light lager or a pilsner.
Crisp IPA (ABV: 7.0%): A bright and refreshing IPA designed to appeal to a new generation of craft beer drinkers. With aromatic notes of sweet citrus, tart grapefruit, fresh peaches, and a hint of woody pine, this golden beer delivers a balance of bold hop character and a clean, crisp finish.
Dunkel (ABV: 4.5%): Named after the German word for dark, this German lager is exceptionally smooth with a malt-forward flavor. Amber in color with a rich, medium body, the flavor showcases nutty, caramel, and toasted bread notes from the malts.
This 12-pack is available now across Schlafly’s distribution as well as Schlafly’s two brewpubs: Schlafly Tap Room in downtown St. Louis and Schlafly Bottleworks in the Maplewood neighborhood of St. Louis.
