O’Fallon Brewery – New Brewery, New Beers & New Cans

New Brewery • "We are busting out of the seams here in our little facility (in an industrial park in O’Fallon, Mo.)," Gorczyca says. "We are currently looking at bigger spaces, which would include a tasting room and a larger brewhouse that has Brian and Jason (Small, assistant brewer) all fired up."

New cans • O’Fallon is set to roll out new packaging for its six-pack cans of Wheach. And, for the first time, 5-Day IPA will be available in cans. Both will be on shelves starting May 1, if not before.

New beers • Gorczyca mentioned a new sour beer that Owens and Small are letting mature in the brewery. And they gave me a taste of a test batch of a beer coming in the fall that I promised not to reveal, but let’s just say it’ll make hopheads very happy.
