New Jersey Drops $15 Fee for Home Brewing

Gov. Chris Christie signed a provision in early January that eliminates the need for home brewers and wine makers to get a $15 state permit. While the previous licensing was never really enforced, it is widely suspected that most people making beer & wine at home either didn’t know about the permit or chose to ignore it anyway.
