This morning brings exciting news for fans of barrel‑aged stouts, high‑ABV craft beer, and Dragon’s Milk releases. A brand‑new 2026 Limited Edition Dragon’s Milk is officially headed to the Dragon’s Milk Cellar, straight from New Holland Brewing Company in Holland, Michigan.

Introducing Dragon’s Milk d20 Brew – Brass Dragon Edition, an epic and collectible double barrel‑aged imperial stout brewed in collaboration with Dungeons & Dragons. This beer is a true celebration of craft, fantasy, and intensity, built for both beer collectors and role‑playing fans alike.

This Dragon’s Milk d20 Brew is double barrel‑aged for a full year, allowing deep complexity, layered oak character, and rich spirit notes to fully develop. Enhancing the experience even further, this stout is brewed with Ghanian single‑origin cocoa nibs, delivering bold chocolate richness, dark cocoa aromatics, and a luxurious mouthfeel that perfectly complements the barrel aging.

True to its legendary name, Dragon’s Milk d20 Brew Brass Dragon Edition hits a massive 20% ABV, making it one of the most powerful and sought‑after high‑alcohol barrel‑aged stouts in the Dragon’s Milk lineup. Expect intense flavors, lingering warmth, and a sipping experience designed for savoring.

This limited‑edition Dragon’s Milk stout will be packaged exclusively in 22‑ounce bottles, ideal for sharing, cellaring, or showcasing in any serious craft beer collection. With its Dungeons & Dragons collaboration, extreme ABV, and double-barrel aging, this release is poised to be one of the most talked‑about imperial stout releases of 2026.

Stay tuned for official release details, availability information, and in‑depth tasting notes as this legendary Dragon’s Milk Cellar exclusive beer prepares to roll out. If you’re searching for the next must‑have limited‑edition barrel‑aged stout, Dragon’s Milk d20 Brew – Brass Dragon Edition should be at the top of your list.

Label Text New Holland Dragon’s Milk d20 Brew – Brass Dragon Edition:

“GATHER, ADVENTURERS

“From our hallowed halls where legendary brews are forged comes the newest Dragon’s Milk d20, crafted in collaboration with Dungeons & Dragons.

This year’s release draws inspiration from the good‑natured, knowledge‑sharing brass dragon. These gregarious and outgoing metallic dragons happily wander great distances to share their tales and enjoy good company. Like the dragon itself, this mighty stout is crafted to be shared among friends and fellow travelers. Its rich, fudgy character with hints of vanilla invites lingering conversation, much like the lore a brass dragon delights in passing on. For a Brass Dragon, the greatest treasure isn’t gold — it’s the stories and friendships gathered along the way.”

New Holland Brewing Company, based in Holland, Michigan, is known for both its craft brewing and distilling operations, operating under the brand New Holland Artisan Spirits. The company was founded by Jason Spaulding and Brett VanderKamp and is recognized for its innovative approach to craft beer and spirits. New Holland’s distillery began in 2005 and was the first to “stout a whiskey,” according to RackHouse Whiskey Club. They utilize a 1934 still, originally built for the Baldwin Dew Distilling Company, which was revived by New Holland in 2008.

Our Spirits
At the heart of our distillery is a story of rebirth, restoration, and exploration. Using an old prohibition-era pot still and our knowledge of brewing, we began exploring the flavors and complexities of spirits in 2005.
