This morning we get our very first peek at a new bottle coming in 2017 from New Belgium. This is French Oak Saison and it is a Limited Release barrel-aged sour farmhouse ale. This beer is aged for 14-19 months in French oak foeders and it is New Belgium’s take on the “original 18th century saisons.” Look for French Oak Saison to hit 7.5%-AbV and the beer will be packaged in 22oz bottles.
