I’ve seen beets and a few other vegetables, but this is a new one to me….a sour carrot ale.  This is Mikkeller SpontanCarrot and it is a sour ale brewed with carrots and aged in oak barrels.  This beer hits 7.7%-AbV and it is packaged in 12.7oz bottles at DeProef.image
