From that idea, a full-time gig for Steven and Generations Brewing Co. was born. A business partnership between Steven and his father, Mark Winter, the brewery is designed to be a small-production brewery that will produce craft beer for patrons both in house and on the shelf at stores, first in northwest Illinois, with an eye toward regional and national distribution.
