Dangerous Man Brewing Reopening Under New Ownership
HOLY MOLEY!
Jeremy and Rob here—and we are PUMPED to share…
Dangerous Man Brewing is officially back!!!
Hello! I’m Jeremy Kuhns, the new owner of Dangerous Man Brewing, and I’d like to introduce myself. My first calling was public education, where I spent over 20 years in the Bloomington school district, most of that as a Middle School Principal. I loved connecting with families and building community, but in 2023 I stepped away, searching for a new way to bring people together—a taproom. I dove into the brewing industry, founded Rafters Brewing, and started hunting for equipment and a home.
When I first met Rob about brewing equipment, I never imagined it would lead here. But the stars aligned, and the chance to bring Dangerous Man back was too good to pass up. Rob and his partner Sarah had just made the difficult decision to close, and I knew this was the opportunity. We hatched a plan to join forces and keep the Dangerous Man brand alive.
So here we are. I’m honored to step in as the new owner, carrying forward its legacy with fresh energy. Rob remains our Head Brewer. His creativity and recipes shaped Dangerous Man, and I’m elated he’ll continue leading the brewing of the high-quality beer and THC beverages you know and love.
Rob here! I’m excited for this next chapter—that the brand lives on and I’ll continue heading brewing and creative direction, as this has always been my passion. From the start, Jeremy made it clear my involvement was key if Dangerous Man was to return. I’m thrilled to see where we can take it with new ownership and fresh ideas. I’m humbled that Dangerous Man will live on and remain locally family-owned.
We’ve already reconnected with former staff, and some are back on the team. As we grow, rehiring past employees will stay a priority.
Right now, production is firing up at our Maple Lake facility, with beer hitting bars and liquor stores before year’s end. Want to see us in your favorite spot? Ask about us and spread the word!
But what about a taproom? Dangerous Man needs one. Our first priority is production, then finding the perfect new space where community can gather. We don’t know exactly where or when yet, but we’re working on it.
The phoenix is rising again. Production is underway, cans return in November, and we can’t wait to raise a glass with you soon.
Cheers!
Jeremy & Rob
