Today we bring you the 2020 packaging for a returning beer from Clown Shoes in Boston, MA & Windsor, VT. This is Hephaestus and while it will remain a Russian imperial stout aged in Bourbon barrels with espresso, the beer will now be packaged in 19.2oz cans for 2020. The beer uses Mesquite smoked malt as well as “massive amounts” of Espresso cold-brew coffee from Barrington Roasting Company. Look for Hephaestus to hit 12.5%-AbV and also look for the artist himself drawn into the label to “boss” Hephaestus around.
