Budweiser Reds Baseball 2026 Limited-Edition Can

Here we have a new limited-edition Budweiser can coming from Anheuser-Busch and Budweiser, with the 2026 packaging celebrating the Cincinnati Reds and Major League Baseball. While the beer inside remains the same familiar Budweiser lager, the new packaging gives baseball fans and Budweiser collectors another team-themed can to look for during the 2026 MLB season.

The new Budweiser Cincinnati Reds can is packaged in a large 25-ounce can, making it a particularly noticeable addition to the Budweiser limited-edition packaging lineup. The special can combines Budweiser branding with Cincinnati Reds imagery, creating a package designed specifically around the baseball team and its connection to the Budweiser brand.

The beer itself does not appear to be a new Budweiser recipe or flavor. Instead, this is a commemorative Budweiser Reds Baseball package, meaning the primary change is the artwork and presentation on the can. That approach has become a familiar part of Anheuser-Busch’s packaging program, with Budweiser regularly producing team-specific cans tied to Major League Baseball.

The 2026 release is particularly notable because Budweiser is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year while continuing its longstanding relationship with Major League Baseball. Budweiser announced the return of limited-edition MLB team cans for the 2026 season, featuring vintage-inspired designs created around individual MLB clubs.

The Cincinnati Reds have also appeared on Budweiser packaging in previous seasons. The 2026 Reds can continues that tradition while providing fans with another collectible piece of baseball-themed beer packaging. Existing examples of Cincinnati Reds Budweiser cans demonstrate the long-running connection between the beer brand and the club.

For Budweiser collectors, the 25-ounce format adds another reason to watch for the new Cincinnati Reds package. Anheuser-Busch has produced numerous limited-edition 25-ounce cans over the years, including sports-themed packaging for MLB and NFL teams. MyBeerBuzz has previously covered 25-ounce Budweiser packaging connected to the FIFA World Cup, while other Anheuser-Busch sports packages have used both 12-ounce and 25-ounce formats.

The new Budweiser Reds Baseball 2026 can is therefore less about changing the beer and more about celebrating the team, the MLB season and Budweiser’s long association with baseball. Fans looking for Cincinnati Reds beer cans, Budweiser MLB cans or limited-edition baseball beer packaging will have another design to add to the list.

As with many of these special Budweiser packages, availability can vary by market, so collectors and Cincinnati Reds fans will want to keep an eye out as the 2026 package rolls into distribution.

Stay tuned to MyBeerBuzz for additional information and more limited-edition beer packaging as it arrives.

About Anheuser-Busch

Anheuser-Busch is one of the most recognizable brewing companies in the United States and the producer of Budweiser, one of America’s best-known beer brands. The company’s history in the United States stretches back more than 165 years, with its brewing operations eventually growing into one of the largest beer businesses in the country. Today, Anheuser-Busch is part of AB InBev and maintains a broad portfolio of beer, beyond-beer and non-alcoholic beverage brands.

Among those brands, Budweiser remains a central part of Anheuser-Busch’s portfolio. Introduced in 1876 by Adolphus Busch, Budweiser was developed as an American-style lager intended to offer broad appeal. The brand became associated with its crisp, balanced lager profile and brewing methods that include beechwood aging and kraeusening. Anheuser-Busch continues to describe Budweiser as an American-style lager brewed using its longstanding recipe and traditional techniques. https://www.budweiser.com/en

Budweiser has also developed a particularly strong connection to American sports, with baseball representing one of the brand’s most visible relationships. The company describes Budweiser as the Official American Beer Sponsor of Major League Baseball, and the brand has repeatedly created MLB team cans, baseball promotions, collaborations and special-edition packaging.

The Budweiser Cincinnati Reds relationship is part of that larger baseball tradition. Special Reds-themed Budweiser cans have appeared previously, combining the Budweiser brand with Cincinnati Reds colors, logos and baseball imagery. Earlier commemorative packages included designs incorporating the Reds’ familiar visual identity alongside Budweiser’s iconic branding.

The 2026 MLB season is especially significant for Budweiser because the brand is celebrating its 150th anniversary. Anheuser-Busch’s 2026 baseball program includes the return of limited-edition MLB team cans featuring vintage-inspired designs. According to the company’s announcement, the cans were created to celebrate both Budweiser’s 150th anniversary and its longstanding relationship with Major League Baseball.

The 2026 Budweiser MLB collection demonstrates how the company uses packaging to connect its beer brands with individual sports markets. Team-specific cans allow the core Budweiser lager to remain unchanged while the exterior packaging is customized for baseball fans. That makes the cans particularly interesting to collectors who follow Budweiser sports cans, MLB beer cans, Cincinnati Reds memorabilia and limited-edition beer packaging.

The 25-ounce Budweiser Reds Baseball format is another recurring part of Anheuser-Busch’s packaging strategy. MyBeerBuzz has previously documented Budweiser 25-ounce cans connected to special events and limited-edition programs, including the 2022 FIFA World Cup package and the Big Boi limited-edition can.

Anheuser-Busch also produces a wide range of other major beer brands, including Bud Light, Michelob ULTRA and Busch, while its broader portfolio includes craft beer and spirits brands. In 2026, the company has continued using special packaging, partnerships and seasonal programs to connect its brands with major cultural and sporting events.

For beer-can collectors, the company’s extensive packaging history provides an especially large field of collectible designs. Budweiser MLB cans have been produced for numerous teams over the years, with different sizes, graphics and commemorative themes creating an evolving record of the brand’s relationship with America’s pastime.

The 2026 Budweiser Reds Baseball 25-ounce can fits directly into that history. The beer remains Budweiser, but the special Reds and MLB packaging transforms an everyday beer into a team-specific commemorative package. For Cincinnati Reds fans, Budweiser collectors and anyone following the 2026 MLB beer-can releases, the new package adds another chapter to the long-running relationship between Anheuser-Busch, Budweiser and Major League Baseball.
