We are less than a month away from our next bottle release and brunch! This May’s release includes three variations from our lambic-inspired spontaneously-fermented Turbulent Consequence program, Ferme de la Ville (a Belgian-style provisional farmhouse ale), and Animal Cookies (a super fresh canned one-off IPA).
Bottles will be available both at our Tap Room (11am), as well as limited, reservation-only brunches at our downtown Corvallis Pub and Caves Bier & Kitchen
