Anheuser-Busch Welcomes Four New Members to Executive Leadership Team

We are excited to announce new additions to our North America Leadership team, and to recognize and thank a long-serving leader.

After 23 years with our company, Fued Sadala, our VP of Logistics, will be retiring, effective August 1^st.  Fued started as a management trainee in Brazil, and has worked in several senior roles across our procurement and logistics teams. He has contributed so much to our teams around the world. We’ll miss him, but we wish him all the best on his next adventure.

Elito Siqueira, currently Global Vice President Operations and Logistics, will succeed Fued, joining the North America Zone team as VP, Logistics. Elito has been with the company for more than 20 years across many different global zones and has supported High-End and Global Brands expansion through International Logistics. He brings the valuable experience needed to build on the foundation laid by Fued, and continue to drive success and innovation with our logistics team.

In addition, we are expanding the roster of our executive leadership team to broaden our collective expertise and help achieve our commercial objectives.

Michel Doukeris, President and CEO of the North America zone, commented:

“After 100 days in my new role as CEO and with a clear set of objectives for our 10-year commercial strategy, I am adding new senior leaders to our management committee, to ensure we are delivering on those objectives and are focused on growing our company over the long term.  I am delighted to welcome Elito, Nick, Marina and Fabricio to our North American team and am looking forward to working with all of them.”

Michel added: “I also want to personally thank Fued for being a great partner and leader over the last 20-plus years with our company. We will miss him and wish him all the best.”

In order to build our existing capacity in the area of data and analytics, Nick Caton will join our team as VP Commercial Data & Analytics Transformation. Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in math from Stanford University and a law degree from Yale University and will bring valuable experience to our team from previous roles with McKinsey and AB InBev zones around the globe. Nick will focus on developing long-term analytics capabilities and transferring that knowledge seamlessly to the teams that execute our plans.  

As we look to expand in the beyond beer category, we are welcoming Marina Hahn to our Anheuser-Busch family in the role of New Business Co-Founder. Marina’s background of brand-building for entrepreneurial ventures and Fortune 500 corporations will serve us well in her position, as she will work in close collaboration with our partners at ZX Ventures and our commercial team to make sure we are building the right portfolio to capitalize on opportunities that address consumer needs and drive long-term growth.

Finally, Fabricio Zonzoni, currently Global VP of Strategy, will join us as VP, Strategy for the North America Zone to reflect our long-term focus. With more than 18 years at AB InBev, Fabricio has a deep knowledge of our business and valuable experience in commercial planning and strategy.  He will help ensure that our commercial strategy is coordinated and aligned across the organization.
