Here’s an interesting new cider coming to bottles from Angry Orchard. This is The Extension and it is wild-fermented and aged in neutral French oak for a year. This cider uses New York state-grown fruit and it will be packaged in in 750ml bottles. Look for The Extension to hit 7.6%-AbV.
