Here’s the packaging for the latest batch of Allagash Golden Brett. We brought you the original label and now you’ll notice this version raises the AbV from 7.2% to 7.7%-AbV. This brew if fermented (in stainless and oak foudres) with brettanomyces and it uses Northern brewer and Simcoe hops before being dry-hopped with Simcoe. Golden Brett will remain in 12.7oz bottles.
