Here’s another interesting release from the Brothers’ Reserve series coming from Widmer Brothers Brewing today. This is Ginger Barrel-Aged Brrrbon. Once again this beer starts with their winter seasonal Brrr and creates and imperial version from there. This version is 90% ale aged with ginger in Bourbon barrels and 10% ale. Look for Ginger barrel-aged Brrrbon ‘13 to be packaged in 22oz bottles and come in at 10.7% ABV.
