The guys at White Birch Brewing never seem to let up producing new beers. Today we have the 750ml 6.8% ABV Colonial Ale…another in the Apprentice Series. Colonial Ale will be limited to 1100 bottles and was brewed with apprentice Christian Weber. This cedar aged Bret-yeast/bottle conditioned brew will be featured at the Southern New Hampshire Brewers Festival on July 23rd.
