Today we get to see Westbrook Brewing Bearded Farmer release #5. This version is called Thornhill and like the other releases, it is a saison. Thornhill is a blend of sour and non-sour beers and it uses Hallertau Blanc hops and French saison yeast as well as brettanomyces. This is a 22oz bottle and the beerd will hit 6.3%-AbV.
