Behind our brewery, down a hidden path, lies a secret oasis on the Jones Falls River, surrounded by wild hop vines that drape into a natural spring. Here the water bubbles up from the earth, sparkling with natural carbonation and tasting of fresh, citrusy, hops. This secret spot is known as Hopwater Springs.
