Here’s the 2nd release coming to the Captured Yeast Series from Two Roads. This is Country Funk and it is a wild ale brewed with yeast from an experimental barley patch in Two Road’s own hop yard garden. This version is also barrel-aged before being packaged in 12.7oz bottles. Look for Country Funk to hit 6%-AbV and stay tuned for release details.
