Today you get your very first look at a new Splinter Series beer coming to bottles from Troegs Independent Brewing. This is Sir Peché and it is a Pennsylvania wild ale fermented with local peaches from Peters Orchards. This beer uses brettanomyces, lactobacillus and pediococcus and you’re looking at the 12.7oz bottle.
