We have a new beer here at Tröegs today! Scratch #435 Crispy Kölsch builds off of the subtle complexity of our popular Crispy Keller Bier. This follow-up sees the addition of Red X malt to the grain bill, adding a shade of depth. A Kölsch yeast contributes some fruity esters. And we boosted the dry-hopping to pull through a bit more citrus rind and cantaloupe. In the end, this is a super delicate beer defined by its crisp backbone and bright fruit notes.
