Today I have some new single-hop collaborations coming from Toppling Goliath in Decorah, IA.

Riwaka Dry Hop Pseudo Sue will be a pale ale that is dry-hopped with Riwaka hops, Krush Double Dry Hop Pseudo Sue will be a pale ale that is double dry-hopped with Krush hopa (5.8%-AbV, 16oz cans), 2025 Pseudo Sue pale ale (19.2oz cans, 5.8%-AbV) & Nelson Sauvin Dry Hop Pseudo Sue will be a pale ale that is dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin hops. Both Field Museum collaborations will hit 5.8%-AbV and both will be packaged in 12oz cans. Stay tuned for release details.  zzubree
