El Pirata Cofresí: This Thursday we’ll be releasing El Pirata Cofresí, our piña colada inspired sour ale, in the Tasting Room. This brew is a blend of our Sour in the Rye ale aged on pureed pineapple. That mixture was then hit with coconut, coconut milk and pineapple juice. Just like the famous Puerto Rican pirate Roberto Cofresí who this brew was named after, El Pirata Cofresí is equal parts sweet, sour and dangerously fun.
