Acer = Maple & Quercus = Oak…so what is Patrick doing now?? Here we have the collaboration brew between The Bruery and Lawson’s Finest Liquids (Warren, VT)…this unfiltered, bottle-conditioned 9.5% ABV brew is “nanotacular and seeping with Vermont maple syrup & maplewood smoked malt.” According to the label it is an ale brewed with maple syrup, date sugar and oak cubes (thus the Acer & Quercus) and it will be packaged in 750ml bottles. According to the label Acer Quercus is suitable for aging up to 3 years.
