Terrapin’s Spike Buckowski Travels to New Zealand to Brew w/Boundary Road

Our pal Spike Buckowski will be racking up some frequent flyer miles as he travels to New Zealand to work with Boundary Road Brewery. Spike will spend a month in New Zealand helping Boundary Road Brewery create a whole range of craft beers.
Brian "Spike" Buckowski, who hails from Georgia in the ‘deep south’ of the United States, has been recruited to the position of ‘The Resident’ by Boundary Road Brewery. He will travel down under to complete the task of creating three bespoke brews for our nation’s craft beer fans.
The Boundary Road Brewery recently scoured the globe in search of a skilled brewer to travel here on a month-long sabbatical to create an all new craft beer range. Spike’s wealth of craft beer experience, outsider knowledge and credentials stood out from over 80 international beer enthusiasts who applied.
The range of beers Spike creates during his stay in New Zealand during May will be called ‘The Resident’, and will be released for sale from July 2012. Full details here.
