Looks like our pal Vince Assetta has a new brew up his sleeve. This is Straub Straubator Dopplebock lager and it is based on the late 19th century Winter Bock recipe from Peter Straub called Ulmar Salvatore. Look for a winter release of this beer in 12oz bottles and it will come in at a hearty 7% ABV.
