Today I have a new crustacean-collaboration coming from Stillwater Artisanal Ales. This is Surf (or “Surf &”) and it will be a collaboration with Evil Twin Brewing. The beer will be an imperial gose-style ale brewed with shrimp, lobster, lemon and sea salt. The beer will hit 7.4%-AbV and you’re looking at the16oz can. Stay tuned for full release info (and perhaps another beer called “Turf” brewed with beef and butter).
