Here’s another cocktail-inspired beer coming to the Barrel House Series from Southern Tier. This is Old Fashioned and it is an ale brewed with local maple syrup, tart cherry juice, dried orange peel, cinnamon, coriander, cardamom and Chichona bark. The beer is age din Bourbon barrels and packaged in 500ml bottles. Stay tuned for release info and AbV.
