Here’s a great looking label coming to us from Slumbrew (via Somerviller Beer Co, & Mercury Brewing –Ipswich, MA) called Rising Sun Ale. This beer is inspired by a German Dampfbier (All barley malt fermented with wheat beer yeast from their Happy Sol beer) and it will be packaged in 22oz bottles. This brew also uses Munich pilsen & caramel malts as well as German Perle & Hallertau hops (5.7% ABV & 17 IBU.)
