The Spice of Life series is coming back around with another great brew, made with a hop that’s become a darling of American craft brewing: Simcoe.

Simcoe is a classic, bold, high alpha hop with potent aromatics that’s perfect for IPAs. Even amongst the most complex hops, Simcoe is prized for its depth – piney, woody, grapefruit and citrus notes are at the forefront with spicy notes of onion and garlic in the background.
