With SENSI HARVEST the Mad Scientists travel to the hop fields of Yakima, WA, to participate in the breathtaking annual hop-harvest. Then step inside the tanks as freshly picked cones meet the brew less than 24 hours after harvest, in a process known as “wet-hopping”. This short film documents the field-to-table journey to create a harvest time delicacy.
