Sierra Nevada / Boulevard Terra Incognita

We brought you the news of this upcoming brew last week…and here’s the label approval today.  Sierra Nevada / Boulevard Brewing Terra Incognita will be an 8% ABV 750ml bottled that celebrates the earth & land (terroir) of each brewery.  This beer carries the Brewers Association logo and will be debuted at Savor 2012 as the “SAVOR 2012 Ale.”  Terra Incognita uses Sierra Nevada’s estate-grown pale malt, with amber malt, wheat & malted wheat as well as Bravo, Styrian Goldings & East Kent Goldings hops to create this new brew….of course it is finished with Brettanomyces yeast in Missouri-oak barrels.
