Saint Arnold Icon Green Cryo IPA Coming Next Week

The original concept of our Icon series was to brew beers iconic of a particular style. Over the years, that has morphed a bit – many of the releases have been creative interpretations of classic styles. When we get our hands on a new ingredient or learn of an innovative technique, we love to incorporate those into our Icon series as well. With our newest Icon beer, we turn to a new technology.

Our Icon Green – Cryo IPA utilizes a new method of processing hops known as lupulin powder or Cryo technology. Dry hopped with Ekuanot, Citra, and Mosaic hops, the result is an IPA with bursts of citrus and melon aroma, upfront bitterness, a medium body and balanced finish.

Icon Green – Cryo IPA comes in at 6.0% ABV and 69 IBU. You’ll start to see it in the San Antonio area starting next week. Enjoy it while it lasts!
