We are hard at work on this summer surprise!
This beer was brewed with more than 700 lbs. of fresh Brigham City peaches then aged in Chardonnay barrels with two strains of Brett. It’s dryhopped with Citra. Bottle conditioning comes next.
We are a just a few weeks out on this beer. Stay tuned for release details.
