Here’s a new bottle coming soon from Off Color Brewing in Chicago, IL.  This is Wari and it is a Chicha Inspired ale with Schinus molle berries.  This beer uses Peruvian purple corn and it is a collboration with The Field Museum.  This is a 12oz bottle and the beer hits 4%-AbV and 31 IBU.
