Off Color Brewing – Class War, Hell Broth & House Lion 8.5oz Bottles / Apricot Berm / The One Percent
Today we have some new 2019 bottles coming from Off Color Brewing in Chicago, IL: Class War is a Gotlansdricka-style ale brewed with honey, juniper berries, persimmon wood-smoked malt as well as Nugget hops (9.5%-AbV, 31.5IBU), Hell Broth is a biere de miel-style ale brewed with honey, cranberries, wild yeast as well as Sterling, Herkules and Hersbrucker hops (6.3%-AbV, 21 IBU) & House Lion is a farmhouse table beer that uses Chinook, Ahtanum and Grungeist hops (4.8%-AbV, 8 IBU). These are all 8.5oz bottles. These are all 8.5oz bottles (250ml) and stay tuned for release info. I’ve also added in the 12oz bottle for The One Percent wit style beer aged in Whiskey barrels with cherry juice (5.8%-AbV, 10 IBU, 12oz bottles) and the 750ml bottle for Apricot Berm native-fermented Belgian-style ale with apricot added (6.4%-AbV, 28 IBU).
