This weekend, we’ll be releasing a Simcoe-focused edition of our rotating single-hop IPA, One Hop This Time! You may recognize this hop from some of our other IPA recipes – including Fluffy, The 87, and Santilli. When isolated, Simcoe’s deep flavors of white peach, blood orange, and Meyer lemon come out. Cans and draft of One Hop This Time: Simcoe will be available at the Taproom on Sunday 10/8, and out to distribution over the course of the week!
