Wednesday: Funk’d Rouge RELEASE
The newest in our series of 100% brett-fermented ales, Funk’d Rouge debuts at the Taproom this Wednesday! The base is the same as that of Funk’d Blanc, but several months in red wine barrels gives this beer a very different profile. Sipping with funky notes of berry, oak, and tannins, Funk’d Rouge bottles and drafts will be available starting at 3pm! 

Thursday: Belafonte RELEASE
With such positive feedback to our classic saison, Annimal, we decided to tweak it slightly and add a saison to our regular lineup. Introducing: Belafonte, a classic saison with pink peppercorn and orange peel. Sipping with peppery notes of citrus and a dry, crisp finish, Belafonte enters our regular rotation on Thursday at 3pm, and will be available year-round!
