New Belgium Launches Poured for ALL Initiative – An Investment to Make Every Craft Beer Space More Welcoming & Inclusive For ALL–Now LIVE

How about some wonderful news to kick off the new year! Recall last June when New Belgium announced Poured For ALL, a completely free, first-of-its-kind inclusivity training with the goal of building more inclusive and welcoming environments in thousands of bars and restaurants, including those that serve beers from New Belgium and Bell’s Brewery.

We’re thrilled to announce that the Poured for ALL training is NOW LIVE!  In partnership with DEI training provider HospitableMe, this free resource is available to any restaurant or bar that wants to better advocate for and include these communities, with the goal of making all spaces where New Belgium and Bell’s beers are served safe. The training is available in digital format and takes less than an hour to complete.  Upon completion, Poured for All trainees will have a deep understanding of how good intentions can accidentally make others feel unwelcome, and receive tools to be more successfully inclusive. The establishment will also receive a custom badge of completion to display. This badge will inform customers and the surrounding community that the staff has received training in how to provide an inclusive and welcoming environment for individuals of all backgrounds and identities – especially LGBTQ+, BIPOC, women or non-binary people, and other marginalized communities.

This training was born, in part, out of a desire from New Belgium’s own coworkers to capture the special experience we seek to craft in our establishments and replicate them in the places where our beer is poured. We’re thrilled to share this training with every bar and restaurant ready to make their business a more inclusive space for all.
